Power & Charging
Most power issues are related to charging or activation. Please ensure the device is fully charged
and press and hold the power button for 2–3 seconds. A quick tap will not turn the device on.
No. A red light means the device is charging. Some units do not change to green once fully charged. This is normal and does not indicate a defect.
Yes, possibly. Not all units display a visible charging indicator. Please allow the device to charge
for at least 1–2 hours before use.
Use the included USB cable and connect it to a standard low-voltage USB power source, such
as:
• A laptop USB port
• A regular wall adapter
Avoid fast-charging adapters, which may interfere with charging
A full charge typically lasts multiple uses. You do not need to charge it before every use.

Depending on the model, the device may:
• Display a light
• Change color
• Heat silently
If unsure, wait 30 seconds after turning it on.
Yes. The device uses gentle, controlled heat designed to curl lashes effectively without damaging them.
Yes. When used as directed, the curler is safe for daily use.
Fit, Size & Eye Shape Concerns
The curler is designed to work with most eye shapes, but placement is key. The device is meant to be used at the base of the lashes, not pressed flat against the eyelid like a traditional clamp curler.
This is a common misunderstanding. The curler is designed to curl lashes in sections, not all at once.
• Start at the outer corner
• Work toward the center and inner corner
• Use short, gentle presses instead of one long hold
Electric lash curlers are designed for precision curling, not clamping the entire lash line at once. Curling in sections provides better lift and longer-lasting results.
If the device is pinching, this is usually due to positioning. The electric eyelash curler is designed to curl lashes in small sections, not to be pressed flat against the eyelid like a traditional clamp
curler.
To prevent pinching:
• Position the heated edge at the base of your lashes only, keeping it slightly away from
the eyelid skin
• Do not press the device directly against the eyelid or waterline
• Curl lashes in short sections, starting at the outer corner and moving inward
• Use gentle pressure and hold for 5–8 seconds, then release
• Make sure lashes are clean and dry (do not use on wet mascara)
Once positioned correctly with light pressure, pinching should stop and results will improve
How to Use Properly (Very Important)
For best results:
• Curl lashes before applying mascara
• Do not use on wet mascara
Hold at the base of the lashes for 5–8 seconds, then gently lift and repeat if desired.
You may curl in short pulses along the lash length for added lift.
