📦 ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Standard Processing: 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays)
- High-Demand/Backorder Processing: Up to 3-4 weeks (see Backorder Notice below)
- Processing time is separate from and in addition to carrier transit time
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing begins
🚨 BACKORDERS & HIGH-VOLUME PERIODS - CRITICAL NOTICE
HIGH-DEMAND ADVISORY:
- Due to viral social media exposure, product launches, or seasonal demand, items may require EXTENDED FULFILLMENT OF 3-4 WEEKS
- Backorder status is clearly disclosed:

- At checkout (order summary)
- In order confirmation emails

- Waive the right to cancel due to processing delays

📍 ORDER TRACKING & PROOF OF SHIPMENT
- Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment
- Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update in carrier systems

- This constitutes legal proof of shipment
- Risk of loss transfers to the carrier
- Bime Beauty's shipping obligation is fulfilled
- Tracking records will be used as evidence against invalid chargebacks
📮 ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide complete and accurate shipping information
- Include apartment/unit numbers where applicable
- Ensure someone is available to receive packages if required
- Monitor tracking and contact carrier for delivery issues
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customer
- Packages marked "Delivered" by carrier (file claim with carrier)
- Stolen packages after successful delivery
- Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages
- Packages returned due to customer error (reshipping fees apply)
🔄 RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- Return Window: 14 days from delivery date (per tracking)

⚖️ CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY - MANDATORY AGREEMENT
BINDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION AGREEMENT
By completing this purchase, you legally agree to:
- CONTACT US FIRST: Email sales@BimeBeauty.com with any order issues BEFORE initiating any chargeback or payment dispute
- ALLOW RESOLUTION TIME: Provide us 48 business hours to respond and resolve your concern
- ACKNOWLEDGE: Filing a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of this agreement
EVIDENCE WE WILL PROVIDE TO DISPUTE INVALID CHARGEBACKS:
- This signed agreement (your checkout constitutes electronic signature)
- Order confirmation showing acceptance of terms
- Shipping confirmation and tracking data
- Carrier proof of delivery
- Screenshots of backorder notices if applicable
- Email correspondence history
- IP address and device information
- Transaction and fraud analysis data
WARNING: Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to credit bureaus and law enforcement. We actively prosecute chargeback fraud to the fullest extent of the law.
💔 DAMAGED ITEMS
- Report Window: Within 48 hours of delivery

- Claims filed after 48 hours may be denied

🚫 ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
- Orders cannot be modified after placement
- Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour via email
- Once processing begins, orders cannot be cancelled
- Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee

- Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Bime Beauty operates
- Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, all other provisions remain in full effect
- Electronic Signatures: Your checkout completion constitutes a legally binding electronic signature
- Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice
FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By placing an order with Bime Beauty, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy. This agreement is legally binding and will be enforced to protect against fraudulent claims and chargebacks.
