Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
You can return items within 15 days of delivery for a refund, or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. Only unused items in their original packaging, with proof of purchase, are eligible. Used items can't be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. To start, email sales@bimebeauty.com with your order number and we'll send instructions. There is no return fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos to sales@bimebeauty.com and we'll replace or refund it at no cost.

Non-returnable
Used items that aren't defective (including opened personal-care items like mascara, serums and brushes), gift cards, and items marked "Final Sale".

Refunds
Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping is non-refundable.

EU customers
You also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
